Q: How long should I hold down the power button to initiate charge?

A: Press and hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds. To turn off, press and hold for 3-5 seconds again.

Q: How much power does each LED light indicate?

A: 1 Light = 25%, 2 Lights: 50%, 3 Lights: 75% and 4 Lights: 100%.

Q: How long does it take for the battery case to charge to full.

A: If the battery case is has no power, it will normally take 6 - 8 hours to fully charge. We recommend charging your battery case over night, so you can have a fully charged case the next day.
